“I run a pig farm and losing power for more than 30 minutes isn't good. Thankfully I was home when it happened and I was able to get the generator to start manually. I called Josiah and he came out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, serviced the generator, and got the automatic start working again. Having reliable backup power is critical for us. “For 2 years, every time we lost power the lights would flicker while the generator was powering the house. We had 3 different companies come out and nobody could fix the issue without recommending a new generator that would cost around $10,000. We had a friend recommend Avery and within 45 minutes of being there he had the issue diagnosed and had the part on the truck to fix immediately. He then did an automatic test and proved that the lights were no longer flickering. All it was, was a bad controller and bad brushes. With the annual maintenance that he did and the parts, it only cost $1800 to fix a 8 year old generator instead of spending 10k on a new one. Will definitely recommend Josiah to everyone we know that has a generator.”

He then put me on the schedule for later that week and had me up and running again in just a few minutes of being there. He also performed a routine maintenance and added me to his annual schedule to make sure my generator would always be ready for a power outage.”
